Ferndale Phase 1 — Main Living Areas

After years of living in a larger traditional family home, this couple was ready to embrace a more casual way of living in a downtown location within walking distance of their favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Their goal was to have a home that was personal and cozy for their day-to-day living but could also accommodate large family gatherings. They wanted to keep many of their existing furnishings but have them reimagined to feel more current. By balancing all of these priorities with care, Liz was able to design a home that's just right for their next chapter.
