A streamlined process
While we tailor our process to meet the individual needs of each client, most of our projects follow the process outlined below.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start with a thorough client questionnaire that allows us to get to the root of your design goals and then follow up with an in-home or virtual consultation. We will walk through the areas you are looking to change and talk design style, inspiration, budget, timeline, etc… During this initial meeting, we will also take photos and measurements.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Taking everything discussed at the initial consultation into consideration, we will begin the design process. This is where we start space planning, product sourcing, collecting quotes, and researching the best options for your individual space. Depending on the project, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations and cabinet layouts might also be included in this phase.

PRELIMINARY CONCEPT
We will present you with the preliminary design concept, go over the design details and our rationale for each selection. At this meeting, we might also share product samples. Ample time is scheduled to answer your questions and get your feedback.

If needed, we will revise the design, find alternatives and present the revised concept to you for review.

IMPLEMENTATION
Interior design projects require a high level of planning and coordination. Once the overall concept is agreed upon, we will coordinate with contractors, facilitate purchasing and deliveries, installations, and follow up to ensure your project goes smoothly. Depending on the complexity of your project we might schedule weekly owner, architect, and/or contractor meetings and site visits to ensure the design intent has been fully realized.
